How to Access and Withdraw PayPal fund from Bangladesh!

Since PayPal doesn’t support Bangladesh right now, we should open a PayPal account according to the instructions below.

All you have to do is pretending another country resident where PayPal allows withdrawal. Choose a nearest country beside your country where PayPal is allowing withdrawal. Do not choose highly developed country such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia etc where PayPal is very strict and ask lots of documents to verify which are unobtainable for us.

So, for the people of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc countries, Malaysia is the best choice and Singapore is the 2nd choice. Although PayPal has full features in India, but Indian Government forced PayPal to make it mandatory adding PAN card number (Indian Tax Identification Number) which we won’t be able to obtain. Beside that Indian government forced PayPal to restrict many features for Indians. So we should avoid Indian PayPal. If you need help about choosing PayPal country then visit:

Open the PayPal account with your real name, real street address, and your Bangladesh’s real city name. Make the state name Bangladesh. Everything will be same as your Bangladeshi real address. Only the country field will be our previously selected country’s name. For instance, if you are from 25, Ring Road, Shyamoli, Dhaka, Bangladesh and your name is Jahangir Khan, then your PayPal profile entry should be like below.

1. First go to www.paypal.com and click 'sign up'.
2. Select country Malaysia and then get started with personal account (If you need business or premier account, you will be able to upgrade later. So don't worry now.).
3. Enter your real personal info like this example below:

Email: (Your real email address)
First Name/Given Name: Jahangir (Your real first name)
Last Name/Surname/Family Name: Khan (Your real last name)
Street Address: 25, Ring Road, Shyamoli (Your real street address)
City: Dhaka (Your real city)
State: Bangladesh (Your own country. If PayPal force to choose from a drop down selections, then choose a random one.)
ZIP: (Your real address’ post code)
Country: Malaysia (Your chosen country for PayPal account opening)
Phone: (Your real phone number)

After account creation, when it will ask to add card or bank account, skip that step by clicking "Go to My account" or by clicking the top left PayPal logo. They will send an email verification to your email address to verify. Confirm it by clicking the "Link Card" link inside that email message. Then inside your PayPal account, make USD as your primary currency & remove local currency (if has any) from your currency management. For instance here MYR or Malaysian Ringgit should be removed. This is very important. So do it on the first place. Make USD Primary and close MYR.

Then you need a credit/debit card with same street address to verify the PayPal account. This card's billing address' country can be any country, only street address has to be matched. PayPal doesn't check card's country. So you can add Payoneer card (if you have any) or any other International card issued from anywhere to any country as long as the card's billing address' street address is same as what you entered in your PayPal account. You also can use VCC (Virtual Credit Card) to verify. A VCC or virtual credit card is a debit card number only with CVV2 and expiration date. It has no physical plastic shape. You can use this card to verify your PayPal account.

We sell VCC for PayPal verification. A PayPal verification VCC will cost $15 or 1,000 Taka if you buy from us.

When you will add the Debit/Credit Card or VCC, remember you need a Card or VCC which is:
  • Internationally accepted through Internet
  • is in USD currency
  • And has at least $5 balance
Malaysian PayPal requires 10 MR which is about $3.40 and PayPal will hold $1 in authorization. Total $4.40. So be sure your Card or VCC has about $5 balance before adding in Malaysian or Singapore PayPal. Most other countries’ PayPal, where no local currency available and USD is the only currency, requires only $1.95 balance to verify.

After adding the card you need to see the card’s statement or transaction history to know 4 digit PayPal expuse code. You have to enter that expuse code in your PayPal account to verify. After verifying, PayPal will return the charged amount as PayPal balance.

Safety Tips:
  • Do NOT start transaction just after opening the account.
  • Do not send money to anyone just after receiving it. Give some time gap.
  • Do not login from different computer.
  • Verify your account as soon as possible.
These rules are for the first 30 days of the Paypal account creation. If you do these then there should have no problem in most cases.
